What we collect
When you submit a request or message us on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email, the date, group size, experience, budget and any notes you choose to share.
Why and on what legal basis
- To handle your booking request and pass it to the venue or provider you choose — performance of pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- We do not send marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
Who receives your data
Only the venue or provider concerned by your request (nightclub, beach club, boat operator, transport company), and our technical providers: Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and WhatsApp/Meta (if you contact us via WhatsApp). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for 24 months after your last contact, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. invoicing records).
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, request portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [EMAIL]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
